We are creating every day as women! It is in our innate design.
I love creating with a circle of women. We gather around small projects with or without our children and the results are always magical. Creative projects like weaving a flower crown, printing with fern, or sewing in a group of women invites us to reconnect to an innate creative source & to each other in sisterhood.
Let’s explore how creating can help your healing journey!
Wether we bake a loaf of bread for our family, go on a forest walk with our children, or set aside intentional space to create with our hands.
Creating is mothering!
Our innate capacity to create and sustain life is rooted in our womb space. Many women enter their season of mothering looking for resources outside of themselves instead of looking within.
We may be in our season of motherhood/childbearing – and a lot of our creativity is spent nurturing and tending to our children. This is creating new life. A new generation and change lays in our hands.
Just as our cycle allows us create new life, we can use the seasons of our cycle, to work on our creative growth or nurture the creativity within us to bring creative projects to life.

How did I get here
My passion lies in creating with mothers and communities & cultivate sisterhood in community
Being creative with my hands reconnected me to myself!
After a traumatic birth experience in 2013 I started to sew and knit for my newborn daughter, which helped me process & heal from the experience.
I noticed that women didn’t have confidence in their creative capacity not only for simple projects but also to see their life as a creative journey. I also noticed that some women were able to harness the power of this time to re-invent themselves.
I weave my embodied knowledge of nature, spirituality, and motherhood into transformative creative gatherings.
